Terms of use and sale

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to Richest Country and purchases of digital boosts. Checking the acceptance box and placing an order forms a contract with the operator identified in the Legal notice.

2. Nature of the service

Richest Country is a fictional entertainment ranking. A payment buys the immediate addition of points to a selected country and may display a public nickname and optional X handle.

It is not an investment, financial product, bet, lottery, donation to a state or purchase of any ownership right. Scores do not represent real national wealth. No return, prize, tax benefit, political effect or lasting rank is promised.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

4. Price, order and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment, including applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe; Richest Country does not receive or store full card numbers.

An order becomes final after payment confirmation. The selected amount, country, nickname and these terms should be checked before payment.

5. Immediate performance and withdrawal

By checking the dedicated box, the customer expressly requests immediate performance. The boost is delivered after payment confirmation by updating the public score.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal right, it is lost only under the legal conditions applicable to a fully performed digital service and after the required express acknowledgement. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

6. Refunds

Because the digital service is performed immediately, purchases are normally final once delivered. This does not exclude refunds required by law or justified by duplicate payment, unauthorised payment, non-delivery or a proven technical error. Requests must be sent to contact@richestcountry.lol with enough information to identify the transaction.

7. Public content and prohibited conduct

Nicknames and optional X handles are public. You must have the right to use them. Illegal, hateful, threatening, misleading or infringing content, impersonation, payment fraud, automation, score manipulation and interference with the service are prohibited.

The operator may hide content, suspend access, correct a technical score or refund a transaction where necessary to protect users, comply with law or preserve service integrity.

8. Availability and ranking

The service is provided with reasonable care but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Ranking positions can change whenever other users purchase boosts. Maintenance, incidents, refunds or fraud corrections may change displayed scores.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, third-party services or a user’s mistaken belief that a score has real-world value.

10. Law and complaints

French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Complaints should first be sent to contact@richestcountry.lol. Consumers retain access to any dispute-resolution remedies required by applicable law.
